- Go to your webmail address — https://webmail.<your-domain> (your administrator will confirm the exact address for your domain).
- Enter your email address and continue. You'll be taken to the MyPandos sign-in page to authenticate.
- Sign in with your MyPandos account — the same single sign-on (SSO) you use for other MyPandos services. There is no separate webmail password.
First sign-in: set up multi-factor authentication
The first time you sign in you'll be asked to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) — a second step that protects your mail even if your password is ever guessed. This is required for email and takes about a minute.
What you can do in webmail
- Read, send, organise, and search email
- Manage calendars and contacts
- Set an out-of-office / vacation responder and mail filters
- Create app passwords for your phone and desktop mail apps
Trouble signing in?
The most common cause is a desktop or phone mail app still using an old password — that can temporarily block your whole connection. See the article “I can't access my email”.
