Go to your webmail address (for example https://webmail.your-domain — your administrator will confirm the exact one), enter your email, and sign in with your MyPandos single sign-on account. There is no separate webmail password. On your first sign-in you'll set up multi-factor authentication, which takes about a minute.

MFA is required for MyPandos webmail and you set it up once, on your first sign-in. After entering your password you'll be prompted to add an authenticator app (recommended) or a security key/passkey, then to save recovery codes. Keep the recovery codes safe — they let you back in if you lose your device. Desktop and phone mail apps don't use MFA; they use app passwords instead.

Yes, our email hosting works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and all major email clients.

In any standard mail app, sign in with your full email address and an app password (not your normal MyPandos password) — create the app password in your webmail User settings. Use server mail.<your-domain>: incoming IMAP on port 993 (SSL/TLS, recommended), outgoing SMTP on port 465 (SSL/TLS). IMAP is preferred over POP3 because it keeps mail in sync across devices.

Yes. Your administrator sets up your domain and mailboxes, configures the DNS records that route mail to us, and copies your existing messages (folders and all) from your old provider — nothing is deleted there. Keep using your old email until cut-over; afterwards, update every device to the new app password and leave the old account open for a week or two until you've confirmed everything arrived.
