Your reseller credit balance, transactions and wholesale invoices
Read your reseller credit balance, your transaction history and the wholesale invoices myPandos bills you, and know what to do when the balance runs low: credit is added by our support team.
The Billing page in the Reseller area shows what you owe and have paid myPandos. It does not show what your customers pay you: myPandos bills you the wholesale cost of what they order, and you collect your own retail price from them.
Open the page
Sign in at dash.mypandos.io, open the Reseller area from the menu and choose Billing. The top of the page gives three figures: your Credit balance, the number of Wholesale invoices and the number of Transactions. Amounts are shown in the currency of your reseller account; an invoice that carries its own currency is shown in that one.
Your credit balance
Orders your customers place are charged against this balance at wholesale prices. When it falls below 50 (in your account currency), the figure turns red and the page says: Your balance is low. Orders charged to it may be refused until credit is added. Contact support to add credit.
Whether an order is refused depends on the credit limit of your tier. On a prepaid tier, an order larger than your balance is refused. If you have a credit limit, the balance may go below zero, but only down to that limit.
Adding credit
There is no top-up button yet: credit is added by our support team. Choose Contact support under the low-balance warning, or open a support ticket from the Support menu, and ask for credit. Once it has been added it appears in your Transaction History as a credit.
Transaction history
Each row shows what it was for, the date and time, the amount and the balance after it. A + means money added to your balance (a credit, a refund or an adjustment) and a - means money taken from it (an order charged to you). A row of a kind the page does not recognise is shown without a sign rather than guessed.
The page shows your 50 most recent transactions, 10 per page. When you reach 50, a line says Showing your 50 most recent transactions, because older ones are not listed here.
Wholesale invoices
The table lists the invoices myPandos has raised against your account, with the columns Invoice, Status, Wholesale total, Margin and Date. You can sort by invoice, status, wholesale total or date.
- Wholesale total is what myPandos billed you for that order at wholesale prices. It is not what your customer paid you.
- Margin shows a dash. myPandos does not know the retail price you charged your customer, so it cannot work out your margin. A dash means not available, never zero. Your expected margin per product is on the Retail Pricing page.
The page shows your 100 most recent invoices, 10 per page, and says so when you reach 100.
If the page cannot load
If the page shows We couldn't load your billing data just now. Your balance is not shown below., choose Try again. A page that failed to load is never an empty account: do not read a missing balance as zero.
