Cloudflare dashboard access: the invitation and its status
How to open the full Cloudflare dashboard for your domain, and what the invitation status on your DNS page means.
For a domain whose DNS is managed on myPandos you can also be invited to the full Cloudflare dashboard, to use advanced settings such as page rules, caching and security. Open your domain, go to the DNS tab and expand Cloudflare Dashboard Access.
Request and accept the invitation
Select Request Dashboard Access. Cloudflare then emails you an invitation: open the email, follow the link, set a password and sign in at dash.cloudflare.com. Your domain appears in your account. The invitation goes to the email address you use on myPandos; if you changed that address, contact support so it can be sent to the current one.
What the invitation status means
- Accepted: you accepted the invitation and can sign in to Cloudflare.
- Pending acceptance: the invitation was sent but has not been accepted yet. Check your inbox and spam folder, or use Resend Invitation (available every 10 minutes).
- Not known: we could not check the status just now. It does not mean the invitation failed. Reload the page in a few minutes.
The status is read from Cloudflare when you open the page and may take a couple of minutes to update after you accept.
