Branding your reseller portal: colours, logo, favicon and contact details
Set the colours, logo, favicon and contact details your customers see, know which image files are accepted, and see what your customers' footer and support pages show.
The Branding page in the Reseller area sets the identity your customers see on their dashboard and on their invoices. It has four sections: Identity (names, tax number, logo and favicon), Dashboard Theme (colours), Links and Contact & Support. The company name is managed by your account manager, so it is shown but cannot be edited.
Saving your changes
Save Changes is disabled until you change something, and a save sends only the fields you changed. A field you did not touch is never overwritten, even if the page showed a suggested value in it.
Picking a logo or favicon, or choosing Remove, only stages the change: nothing is uploaded or deleted until you choose Save Changes, and Undo cancels it.
Colours
- The Primary Colour must be a hex value such as #0099cc. Anything else shows an error and Save Changes stays disabled.
- The other colours accept hex or OKLCh, for example oklch(0.72 0.19 50).
- Under the colour, the page shows the contrast ratio against the surface it sits on. If it is below the readable minimum the page warns you that your customers may struggle to read it, but you can still save. The warning is information, not a block.
Logo and favicon
Use a PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP or BMP image of at most 2 MB and at most 4096 pixels on a side. SVG, HTML and ICO files are not accepted: for the favicon, use a PNG. myPandos re-saves every accepted image (a JPEG stays a JPEG, the others become PNG), so the file your customers receive is not the exact file you uploaded.
If an image is refused, nothing in that save is applied, including the text fields you changed at the same time. Replace the image and save again. If you uploaded an SVG logo earlier, it is no longer shown: upload a PNG or JPEG version.
What your customers see
- The footer of their dashboard shows your company name in the copyright line, and its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links point to the addresses you enter under Links. If you leave one empty, that link is left out. Customers are never sent to myPandos's own policy in its place.
- The support address shown on their support page, on their invoices and in the bank-transfer instructions is your Support Email or, if you gave none, your Support URL.
- While your portal settings are still loading, or if they fail to load, the footer name, the legal links and the support address show nothing rather than showing myPandos's details.
