Accessing your webmail

Your MyPandos mailbox includes webmail — read and send email from any browser,
no setup required.

1. Go to https://webmail. (for example
https://webmail.mypandos.io). Your administrator will confirm the exact
address for your domain.
2. Enter your email address and continue. You'll be taken to the MyPandos
sign-in page to authenticate.
3. Sign in with your MyPandos account — the same single sign-on (SSO) you
use for other MyPandos services. There is no separate webmail password.

First sign-in: set up multi-factor authentication

The first time you sign in you'll be asked to set up **multi-factor
authentication (MFA)** — a second step that protects your mail even if your
password is ever guessed. This is required for email and takes about a minute.
See Multi-factor authentication for the
walkthrough.

What you can do in webmail

- Read, send, organise, and search email
- Manage calendars and contacts
- Set an out-of-office / vacation responder and mail filters
- Create app passwords for your phone and desktop mail apps (see
Setting up email on your device)

Trouble signing in?

See I can't access my email. The most common cause is
a desktop or phone mail app still using an old password — that can temporarily
block your whole connection.
